Recently, Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. released the Announcement on the Winning Bid for the Framework Tender of Infrared Carbon and Sulfur Analyzers. SCWEIHONG, was successfully awarded the contract.
According to the framework agreement, SCWEIHONG will supply 15 units of the SES-802 High-Frequency Infrared Carbon & Sulfur Analyzer to Wanhua Chemical Group within the annual contract period. These instruments will be deployed across multiple production bases of the group for material analysis and quality control.

Wanhua Chemical Group operates production bases in Yantai, Ningbo, Meishan, Guangdong, Fuqing, and Hungary, and in recent years has actively expanded into the new energy sector, covering cathode materials, anode materials, and photovoltaic materials.
Its strategic in lithium iron phosphate (LFP) has entered a harvest phase. As of 2025, the Meishan, Sichuan base has achieved an operational capacity of 56,000 tons per year, while the fourth-generation 100,000 t/y LFP project at the Haiyang base in Yantai is scheduled to commence production in June 2026. In the long term, the Haiyang base is planned to expand to 500,000 t/y, with supporting capacity of 300,000 t/y artificial graphite anode materials.
Photovoltaic encapsulation materials represent another key pillar of Wanhua’s new energy business. Its 200,000 t/y POE plant was successfully commissioned in June 2024. In addition, silicon-based anode materials are a major focus of Wanhua’s technology reserves. The 120,000 t/y advanced anode material project in Meishan, Sichuan, broke ground in September 2025, with Phase I scheduled for production in 2027, initially targeting the high-end power battery market.
This successful bid not only reflects the strong recognition by an industry leader of SCWEIHONG’s technical capabilities and product quality, but also marks a further breakthrough for SCWEIHONG in the field of analytical testing solutions for large chemical groups.
